Dr. Aswathi R.S. - Founder of Vedhas
A self-motivated and detail-oriented professional with 23 years of diverse experience spanning corporate roles, training, academia, entrepreneurship, and mental health counseling. With over 15 years of experience working with multinational companies in IT, health & wellness, and business management institutes across India, Bahrain, Dubai, and Tokyo, I bring a global perspective to my work. My entrepreneurial journey spans over eight years, complemented by six years of experience in mental health services and life coaching. As a patent holder from the Government of Australia for a system predicting and providing early warnings for mental disorders (granted in November 2021), I am committed to innovation and impactful solutions in mental health and well-being.
